Here you can read about some of my photosessions. About how, when and why I took the pictures. "Behind the scenes"-pictures

David Beckham and Real-Madrid was in Trondheim, to play against Rosenborg.
Here I am. On top of a fence. My camera is ready, my camerabag are hanging on my back and my feets are crying for help.
Around me are about 300 young girls and boys, waiting for the same man that I do.. David Beckham. I have been standing on top of this fence for about 3 hours when alle the girls, and a few boys are screaming "daaaaaaaaaaaviiiiiiiiiiid!!!". I hit the button and the camera starts to take pictures. After nearly 3 and and half houre I see David Beckham for about 5 secound, and get 1 picure of him, smiling on his way into the bus. Wow...all that waiting, for so little.. but If I want a picture of something, I do almost anything to get it. I`m not really a Beckham-fan, not even a fotbal-fan, but I tought it would be cool to have a picture of him anyway :)

Here I live I am surrounded by forrests. This morning I desided that I wantet to try to catch one of the animals that lives around here on "film". So, there I was, lying in a bush looking, and hearing for any sound at all. Nothing, just some bird somewhere that was upset for something. After 4 houres, I startet to pack my things and was ready to leave.
Then I hear something behind me. Out of the bushes behing me, comes a deer jumping, almost landing in my equipment.
I try to get my camera, but in the "panic" I can`t find it. After a few seconds I finds it and starts to take pictures, when I see a small animal, looking like a dog running after the deer. I now realice that this is a hunt. A fox is trying to get the deer.
The little deer runs for his life, taking fast turns and suddenly the fox gives up, and stops running, the deer runs for the woods again and the fox walks slowly in the other direction. Man... For several hours nothing happends, then there is action for about 20 seconds, then as fast as it started it`s over. Thats why I love to be a photojournalist. :)

The cruiceliner "Aurora" visited Trondheim. I packed my gear an headed down to the pier where the boat was.
After some pictures from the side, front and back I had to get some fancy pictures. The picture to the right is me, lying on ropes that holds the boat.
A big boats in it selves is not som hard to take pictures of, but whan you has an "boring" object, you must find some funny and cool angles to take pictures from, as I tries to do here.
If you look close at this picture you might see my blitz in mounted in the camera. You might wounder why, but that is importent even if you are outside. If the sun, og any other lightsource is strong, you might juse the blitz to "fight back" and get an lighter image than you might have if you did not use it. All light that comes directly against you will make the picture darker if you don't fires your flash.
